Family- Urticaceae (Nettles family)

Ingredients- Fresh young mamaki leaves, Hawaiian Honeyshine, 2:1, 60%/40%

Category- Tonic, Adaptogenic

TCM actions- regulates Qi, harmonizes the middle burner, tonifies the Spleen, drains damp heat, opens the Lungs

Tinctures can be taken in a variety of ways. You can take them straight into your mouth, under your tongue, or in about two ounces of water, juice, or 1/2 tsp. of honey.

Suggested Dosage: 15-30 drops 1-3 times per day.
