Traditionally used for heart health, kidney health, brain health, liver health, metabolic disorders, healthy skin & hair, blood nourishment, & sexual vitality. Moringa supports digestion, boosts the immune system, enhances mood, calms the mind, & promotes restful sleep.

Tinctures can be taken in a variety of ways. Straight into the mouth, under the tongue, or mixed in a small amount of water, juice, honey.

Suggested Dosage: 15-30 drops 1-3 times per day.

Shake well before use. Sediment and natural separation may occur.
