Ingredients- Fresh young papaya leaves, Hawaiian Honeyshine, 2:1,

60% water/40% alcohol

Tinctures can be taken in a variety of ways. You can take them straight into your mouth, under your tongue, or in about two ounces of water, juice, or 1/2 tsp. of honey.

Suggested Dosage: 15-30 drops 1-3 times per day.

Shake well before use. Sediment and natural separation may occur.
